Art. 1 -- Definitions

1.1. Website refers to the web platform accessible at https://urbanscope.ro, including all pages, subpages, and associated content.

1.2. Operator refers to S.C. Urbanscope S.R.L., with its registered office at Calea Floreasca, Nr. 169X, Floor 4, Sector 1, Bucharest, postal code 014459, Romania.

2.1. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Website urbanscope.ro by Users.

2.2. The Website serves an informational and presentational purpose, providing details about the architecture, urban planning, urban mobility, urban regeneration, energy efficiency, and European funding consultancy services offered by the Operator.

2.3. By accessing or using the Website, the User expressly and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of access.

Art. 3 -- Acceptance of Terms

3.1. Simply browsing the Website constitutes implicit acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, without the need for a separate agreement.

3.2. If the User does not agree with any provision of this document, they are obligated to immediately cease using the Website.

3.3. The Operator reserves the right to deny Website access to any User who violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Art. 4 -- Intellectual Property

4.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphic elements, portfolio projects, logos, icons, design elements, and the Website structure, is the exclusive property of S.C. Urbanscope S.R.L. and is protected by Romanian and international copyright and intellectual property legislation.

4.2. The reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or use in any other manner of the Website content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Operator, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

4.3. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to view the Website content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

4.4. The Urbanscope brand and associated logo are registered trademarks of S.C. Urbanscope S.R.L. Their use without written authorization is prohibited.

Art. 5 -- Website Use

5.1. The User agrees to use the Website exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. The following actions are prohibited:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to protected areas of the Website;
  • Using the Website for the purpose of transmitting illicit, defamatory content or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
  • Systematic copying of Website content through automated methods (scraping, crawling) without the Operator's written consent;
  • Any action that could affect the normal operation of the Website or its security.

5.3. The contact form available on the Website allows Users to submit information requests to the Operator. Data provided through the form is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Art. 8 -- Modification of Terms

8.3. Continued use of the Website after the publication of modifications constitutes tacit acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Art. 9 -- Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.

9.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Website shall be resolved amicably. If amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted for resolution to the competent courts of Timisoara, Romania.
